These terms govern your use of Oputime. By using the platform, you agree to them. We've kept them as readable as we can.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens through it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your employees' data accurate and lawful.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Oputime to process data you don't have the right to process.
• Don't attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the platform.
• Don't use the platform for anything unlawful.

Fees & billing

Fees are based on the plan you choose and the number of active employees, as shown on your pricing page. You're billed on the schedule you select. You can change or cancel your plan per the terms shown in your account.

Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data, and on closure we remove it on a defined schedule.

Service availability

We work hard to keep Oputime available and to communicate clearly about incidents. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we won't be liable for losses beyond what the law requires in your region.

Changes to the service or terms

We may update features and these terms over time. For material changes to terms, we'll notify affected customers in advance.
